Mobilisation Coordinator
Rachel is key to running smooth operations at Centrals and her varied role involves working with employees and contractors. She coordinates movements and documentation, working side by side with HR manager Haley Ings to ensure that Centrals’ Zero Risk Management policies are adhered to.

Centrals’ monthly reporting is a huge responsibility, aptly undertaken by Nikita Pan. Her project analysis skills are well utilised in her role as Centrals’ Civil Management Accountant, and she works closely with Civil Projects General Manager Stephen Broad to ensure Centrals’ high standards for monthly efficiencies are met.
